This is a great product. Based on research, it has all the bells and whistles and better materials then competitive products. If you go to the manufacturers web site, you can watch a video of the installation, use, and drainage of the product. Also, it has a well laid out FAQ section. Something to consider, these types of bladders are designed as single use. If you fill up the bladder and then don't end up using it, you can either slit the side with a knife or use the included pump to start a siphon effect into the tub drain and it will drain itself within about 60 minutes. While I am not a fan of it, other users have reported draining, cleaning and refolding the bladder for a second emergency usage. As I write this the company has not released refill kits but I hear they are working on that. Enjoy! Update 8/2012 - The price on Amazon is now $21.95 with free shipping if you have Prime.
