This shower head filter has made an enormous difference on my skin and hair. I have terrible eczema and extreme dry skin in the winter--I can't tell you how much money I have spent in my life on body wash, moisturizers, etc. But I think all along my biggest problem was the quality of the water. Now I hardly use any moisturizer and can actually use BAR soap...if you have dry skin or eczema, you should know what a coup this is!
